The Nordic Region is a European region at almost 1.2 million square kilometres, and here you find a lot of possibilities for doing outdoor activities.

Norway is famous for dramatic fjords, steep mountains, Northern Lights, Midnight sun and the amazing national parks with a beautiful fauna. Svalbard and the archipelago here in the Arctic is a must-see for nature lovers. It is a perfect place in the winter to discover the captivating Northern Lights, and if you are lucky also the Ice Bear.
Sweden is the largest country by area and population with more than ten thousand islands around its coastline. The Swedish Archipelago is also the second-largest archipelago in the Baltic Sea.
