Our main focus is the meal as a whole, where dynamics, contrasts and the structure of taste and intensity are central. The courses reflect the seasons, not only as regards available ingredients, but the produce is also inspired by the weather and nature around us.
An evening at our restaurant consists of several servings, and we recommend that you plan to stay at least 3 – 3,5 hours.
