We are supplied with herbs and vegetables from forest, beach and field. It is our jord – and it will always be naturally included in the gastronomy of Ti Trin Ned.
Every single day we keep focus on our vision which was born in 2001 when we fell in love with the beautiful, old buildings in Norgesgade: To create a completely new gastronomic experience in Fredericia and share a beautiful dining experience for all senses – full of details and with a wish for recognition and surprises.
With a humble approach to our profession we strive for the characteristic and for perfection, simplicity and nuances.
Ti Trin Ned is a gastronomic experience from a kitchen which is not pure Nordic, French, Mediterranian, Molecular nor Fusion – but a personal kitchen providing an experience for all senses.
With the deepest respect for the ingredients from the fields of Himmerigskov and from local suppliers sharing our passion for safety, compassion, sense and intimacy, taste and purity is our first priority in a hodgepodge of many years of experience and immersion combined with innovation and aesthetics.
