Restaurant Paustian

Restaurant Paustian, annexed to the up-market Paustian Furniture House in Østerbro, is focused on service and quality.
In Nordhavn in Østerbro you will find Restaurant Paustian. Here the food is simple and the menu is Danish. The lunch menu offers, among other things, a Paustian Tatar of either salmon or veal, salads and delicious smørrebrød - open faced sandwiches.

The wine list includes a large selection of wines from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Hungary. Restaurant Paustian also serves a homemade brunch every Sunday.

From the restaurant you can enjoy a view of the harbour. During summer the courtyard will be open and the bbq on fire if the weather permits it.

The building
In 1987 Paustian opened a furniture store with a restaurant designed by the world renowned architect Jørn Utzon in collaboration with his sons, Kim and Jan Utzon.

Paustian house is one of the few Utzon buildings in Denmark.
