Our vision at Gastrologik is to work closely with our producers.
We simply let them decide what we're going to have on the menu every day. Therefore, the menu may look different week by week, day by day, and even a table for a table. That is why we can not write out menus in advance.
The menu is very dynamic and it is based on the very best seasonal products, and it most often changes on a weekly basis.
Our target is around two and a half hours, although this depends, of course, on the pace of each group of guests at a table.
We will give you a printed menu after the dinner as an extra service.
In 2013 Gastrologik received its first star in Guide Michelin, and currently, they still have one star.
