The team behind Relæ, including Christian F. Puglisi and Kim Rossen got together with an ambition of creating high-quality food for the local people at Nørrebro in Copenhagen. Manfreds transformed into Manfreds & Vin – the first natural wine bar in Copenhagen.
Focus is primarily placed on rustic everyday food, made with modern techniques and quality ingredients, which we get from the same producers as we do on Relæ. Biodynamic vegetables from Kiselgården and Birkemosgård, ox from Mineslund, pig from Hindsholm, lamb from Havervadgaard and herbs from the forest.
