Discount Cards in Denmark

In Denmark, it is possible to buy local public discount cards in many cities. The discount cards provide free admission, discounts, and, in some cases, free transport.

See our guide below if you wish to know more.

Copenhagen Card

Copenhagen Card offers free and unlimited bus, metro and train travel throughout the Capital Region (HUR-area), including North Sealand, Roskilde and Køge. Besides, it gives free visits to over 60 museums and attractions and discounts for more than 20 cultural experiences. It includes a free guide with descriptions of all museums, attractions, and deals with purchasing the card.

It is easy to buy one. Copenhagen Tourist Information, major railway stations, selected tourist agencies, Copenhagen Airport Information Desk and most hotels, hostels and camping sites in and outside the capital region offer the Copenhagen Card.
